What Will You Learn?

Gain practical experience in key city driving scenarios, including:

 

• Hook Turns – Safely perform Melbourne’s iconic right turn from the left lane at traffic-light intersections.

• Right Turns at Traffic Lights – Master the difference between turning with a solid green light and a green arrow.

• Tram Rules – Navigate around trams, tram stops, and signals with confidence.

• Sharing the Road – Stay alert to pedestrians, cyclists, and other road users in busy urban areas.

• Speed Zones – Adapt to changing speed limits, especially in new 30 km/h areas.

• Reading the Road – Anticipate and interpret road signs to make informed, safe decisions.

 

Who Can Join?

Open to drivers with a learner permit, probationary, full, or overseas licence.

 

Learner drivers should have solid car control skills for the best learning experience.
