• All discount packages must be paid in full before lessons commence—either online or directly to your instructor at the first lesson. (Lay-bys are not accepted.)

• A valid Victorian Learner Permit is required to purchase any package. Packages are not available to full or probationary Licence holders, except for manual refresher or overseas Licence conversion packages.

• Packages must be activated within 12 months of purchase.

• Packages are non-refundable after expiry and non-transferable.

• For all Test Packages, one lesson must be used for the warm-up session on test day.

• Test Packages include weekend and after-hours availability, and cover pickup and drop-off at the VicRoads office on test day.

• To cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided to your instructor. Late cancellations will result in a lesson fee or loss of one session from the package.

• If a package is purchased in error, a refund request must be made within 5 days, and a $20 administration fee will apply.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the Hazard Perception Test is successfully completed before booking the drive test, as required by VicRoads.

• The instructor is not responsible for VicRoads test cancellations due to:

  • Incomplete Hazard Perception Test

  • Incorrect or missing test records

  • Wrong test date or time provided
